Terms of Service

1. Who you are buying from

Operator Co is the trading name of VALORA CONSULTING LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States, with offices at 301 S Perimeter Park Dr, Suite 230, Nashville, TN 37211. "Operator Co", "we" and "us" refer to it; "you" refers to the business that subscribes.

2. What we provide

A subscription to the Operator Co weekly operating review (the "Review") and, on the Review + Operator plan, a monthly session with an operator. The Review is software-generated from read-only connections to the data sources you connect; it is information, not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it is not a bookkeeping or audit service.

3. Your account and connections

You are responsible for the accuracy of the sources you connect and for keeping your access credentials current. Connections are read-only: we do not modify your bookkeeping, store or CRM records. You may disconnect a source at any time.

4. Fees and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars. Your card statement will show NL OCO. Prices are exclusive of any taxes you owe on the charge. We may change prices prospectively with 30 days' notice by email; you can cancel before a change takes effect.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time, yourself, from the billing page or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, we refund it in full. Details are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Checkout and payment services

Businesses approved to run checkout through Operator Co (the "rails") are billed under a separate rate schedule signed at approval. Card payments from a business's customers are processed on that business's behalf, appear on its customers' statements under the business's own descriptor, and settle to the bank account in the business's own name. Disputes and refunds for rails transactions are handled under the refund and dispute terms attached to that schedule.

7. Acceptable use

Use the service for your own business operations only. Do not resell the Review, present it to third parties as an audit or attestation, or connect data sources you are not entitled to access.

8. Your data

You own your data. You can export everything shown in the Review as CSV at any time. On cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days and then deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. The Privacy Policy governs collection and handling.

9. Service levels

The Review is delivered weekly, on Monday by 9:00 AM in your time zone, except US public holidays, when it lands the next business day. Support email is answered within one business day. Planned maintenance is announced in the Review itself.

10. Liability

The Review depends on the sources you connect; we are not liable for errors those sources contain or for decisions made on the basis of the Review. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

11. Changes and governing law
