Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data — your name, business name, work email and billing details, to run the subscription and answer support.
• Source data — the sales, cash, pipeline and receivable figures we read from the tools you connect, to build your weekly Review.
• Usage data — when the Review was delivered and opened, to keep delivery working.

2. What we do with it

We use your data to generate and deliver the Review, to bill the subscription, and to answer support. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to advertise to anyone.

3. Where it goes

Data is stored with US-based infrastructure providers under contracts that restrict their use of it. Connections to your sources are read-only. We do not share your data with third parties except the providers that run the service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) and when the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

Source data is kept while your subscription is active. After cancellation, it is retained for 90 days so you can re-subscribe without losing baselines, then deleted. Account and billing records are kept as long as the law requires for tax purposes.

5. Your choices

• Export everything shown in the Review as CSV, any time, from the billing page.
• Disconnect any source at any time; the page stops reading it immediately.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, at customers@operatorco.app. We answer within one business day.

6. Security

Data moves over TLS, is stored encrypted at rest, and backups are encrypted. Access is limited to the operator who runs the service. See the Security page for detail.
